The Patriot Act

On Thursday, February 13th, guest Barbara Martinson gave a presentation on the USA PATRIOT Act and its impact on public libraries. Ms. Martinson, a board member of the Westchester ACLU, discussed the background of this controversial statute, the effect it is having on confidentiality, and the ways it is being challenged in court.
