And then the odd "bird" came back to save them from the cold by giving them a ride. I think the library should get it.

Description: Wow - I wrote an e-mail to the author already to thank her for a great eggs-perience! We loved the book! My 2 year old son loved finding Tillie's Eggs and my 5 year old loved the pictures so much she wanted to go to the farm herself. To our surprise we could - the last page had a site to visit a web-cam online. We now can keep an eye on the hens! The book became an experience and a real teachable moment! Wonderful and we are so happy we get to keep it!

It was about Arthur. He wanted to be a very brave man but he was weak and shy in the beginning. But his brother was mean so then he went off into the woods. And he sat in a tree. A princess was in a house with her nanny. She asked to go outside but her nanny said not to walk off. She walked off into the forest looking for adventure and met Arthur. Arthur tried to look like a real knight but he was
pretending - he said I will protect you m'lady. But then the princess said you can't even protect a rabbit. They chase each other and run into some very bad thieves who they fight. The thieves trap them at the lake. Just as the thieves were goin to win, an arm cam out of the lake with a sword that she threw to Arthur and the thieves got scared. The Wizard Merlin said that Arthur and Guen would not remember the day and he did some magic. But he said that Arthur would not remember his bravery. Arthur and Guen promised each other that they would not forget each other, but they did.

description: I always liked books about art and black history, so I think it's a good book in that section. I like the pictures. They are rich with color. I find it intresting that she didn't use the canvas. I also like how she paints from her life. I found that when she dropped out of school amusing. How can you just drop out of school? Anyway! I like her story. I think the author put it very beautifuly.
